In 2022, I became a Yoga Sculpt instructor at Corepower in Dallas. It was one of the best decisions I've made. Last year I made the choice to focus and commit to my passions and pursue them. Working out has always been a safe place for me to relieve stress of the day, and commit me-time for my mind, body, and spirit. This was a no brainer, and I'm excited to share what I learn as I grow in my practice with you!

How to relieve bloat
Yoga poses, specifically poses that involve the "twisting" of your abdomen, are shown to help relieve symptoms of bloating. When I went through my period of painful chronic bloating with Candida, these were some go-to exercises I used to relieve stomach pain. These can also ease the pain of menstrual cramps. I love going back to the basics, especially with poses that you can even do from the comfort of your own bed.
