Hey guys! I'm Molly, the creator of The Daily Balance. As an integrative holistic health coach, I take the entire mind, body, and spirit into consideration when thinking about wellness. The gut-mind connection is a priority for me, especially after my own story. Let's get into it.

Through my years of college fueled alcohol/food consumption, overdoing the HIIT workouts, yoyo dieting, and eventually maintaining a stressful corporate job with long hours- I developed a slew of gut issues. After dealing with chronic bloating and acne, I discovered I had Candida in my early 20s- which eventually led to Leaky Gut. I have made it my mission to heal myself naturally from the inside out, and I can't wait to help you do the same.

In my mid-20s now (I'm 26), I have spent the past couple of years deep diving into women's hormones after dealing with my own imbalance. In my opinion, it is a severely under discussed topic. I'm here to change that! I was never educated on the 'how' or 'why' we track menstrual cycles and the importance of it. We were never told what would happen to our bodies (physically or mentally) AFTER we got off birth control. Hormonal acne is not the root cause- but rather there is something else going on in our bodies that leads to the imbalance. I have firsthand experience with all of the above and want to teach other women how to become masters of their own bodies.
